Please print out the Returns and Exchange Form from our website and pack and seal it with the incorrect merchandise (in the original packaging if possible). We will give your refund/ exchange request top priority and process your request immediately.

Shipping and Handling
- How will my goods be shipped?
For all deliveries within Singapore, your goods will be shipped via local courier. We take extreme care to pack goods securely before shipping them.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any LOSS/DELAYS caused by the courier. The courier does not guarantee the delivery date of your package. Insurance is optional but it is highly recommended. You will be given a choice to insure your order during checkout by marking the add insurance box (an insurance charge of S$3.00 will be added to your shipping fee automatically).
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- What are your shipping/ handling charges?

- What happens if I’m not in when your delivery man makes the delivery?
The courier will leave a note for you to re-arrange a time for him to re-deliver the goods to your place. After a second failed delivery, you will have to pick up your goods from the designated post office or pick-up centre.
- How many days does it take for me to receive my goods after payment has been made?
Usually, you should receive your goods within 2 working days after payment has been received by Beauty Direct. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Can I check the shipping status of my goods?
At the moment, you can check the shipping status by emailing us at [email protected]. In the future, we hope to add a tracking function on our website for your greater convenience.

- Are there any bulk discounts?
Yes, Beauty Direct offers quality beauty products at great prices already. However, if you would like to order more than 50 pairs of each item, we’re happy to give you even better discounts! If you are a salon owner, a dancer, a performer or beauty professional who has an ongoing demand for our products, buy in bulk to enjoy HUGE savings! - I do not have a credit card. Can I still make purchases from your website?
Yes. Please send us an email detailing your order to [email protected]. You can pay us by cheque or money transfer upon confirmation of your order.
- Is it safe for me to disclose my credit card details?
Beauty Direct carries the TrustSg seal. TrustSg is a nation-wide trust mark initiative by the National Trust Council to boost the electronic commerce (EC) environment in Singapore. This is to help build confidence in e-commerce transactions especially in the area of privacy and security.
To acquire the TrustSg seal, merchants are required to comply with a stringent code of conduct for online business practice set by the NTC. The code covers the area of disclosure, privacy, fulfillment, best business practices, and protection of minors and the elderly.
Consumers will recognize the merchant as a trustworthy e-commerce operator when the web site carries the TrustSg seal.
- How do you process credit cards?
The credit card online payment is processed through our third-party payment provider Paypal. We accept Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. There will be NO "surcharges" for credit card transactions. We only accept Singapore and US currencies.
Credit card payment is now authorized online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try.
Your order will be submitted immediately for order verification once you completed your online payment. Your credit card details will NOT be recorded with us for security purposes.
You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.
- What is Paypal?

- What happens if I paid for an item that is out of stock?
If you paid for an item that is out of stock, Beauty Direct will contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the item to be available and then delivered to you immediately or if you would like to exchange your items ordered for other items or get a refund.
- Does Beauty Direct accept International Orders?
Beauty Direct accepts orders and ships to all locations in Singapore. We do ship out of Singapore. Please email us your order and we will contact you to process your order.

Beauty Direct carries a wide selection of beauty products and we try to have all items in-stock as much as possible. In the event that the item you wish to purchase is out of stock or if you would like to purchase an item that we do not carry, you may send us an email at [email protected] of the item(s) that you wish to order but is currently out of stock. You will receive a response from us within 48 hours confirming with you the availability of the item and whether we can place a custom order for you.
False Eyelashes Usage
- Isn’t it uncomfortable to wear false eyelashes?
If you apply them correctly, you should not feel anything at all. The premium brand of lashes that Beauty Direct carries, Star Lash, is of a very high quality and the lash band is very soft yet durable. Generally, people feel discomfort because they positioned the lashes wrongly. For e.g. too close to the inner eye corner (such that whenever you open your eyes, you feel the corner of the lashes). The trick is to trim the lashes to size and with a bit of practice, you should be very comfortable wearing Star Lash and receiving compliments on your lashes!
- How should I apply Star Lash?
- Start by curling your natural lashes with an eyelash curler.
- Remove Star Lash from the tray gently (either with a pair of tweezers or just your fingers).
- Flex the band of Star Lash.
- Fit the lashes to your eyes. If they are too long, trim the outer corner of the lashes so that they fit your eyes perfectly. - Apply a few drops of surgical eyelash adhesive to the lash band.
- Wait a few seconds for the adhesive to become tacky.
- Position Star Lash along the upper lash line, beginning at the inner corner of the eye.
- Press gently across the entire lash.
- I do not know which design to choose.

Eyelash Extensions
- I’ve heard that Eyelash Extensions are very uncomfortable. Is it true?
Eyelash Extensions are individual strands of lashes or clusters of lashes that are adhered to your natural lashes to make your lashes look longer and your eyes look more beautiful. When done professionally, they look naturally stunning and the wearer usually does not feel anything after 1 day. Initially, the wearer will feel a bit of weight on her lashes. This is normal and the wearer should get used to this after 1 day.
- I’ve heard that Eyelash Extensions will cause your own lashes to drop. Is that true?
Our lashes follow a natural renewal process of dropping and re-growing, much like our hair. That means to say that even if someone is not wearing Eyelash Extensions, her lashes will also drop and grow back from time to time. It is important to understand this and not attribute all lashes dropping to the Extensions you are wearing. However, if you rub your lashes or pull out the Extensions, your natural lashes will definitely be injured.
- How long does a set of Eyelash Extensions last?
A set of Eyelash Extensions generally last about 4 to 6 weeks. After 2-3 weeks, you may find that individual lashes or clusters of lashes may drop. However, the overall look should still be quite stunning. If there is a very obvious gap in the lashes, you should go back to your beautician to get an infill.
- How long does it take to do a set of Eyelash Extensions?
It takes about 45 mins to 1 hour to do a set of Eyelash Extensions.
- What happens when some of the false eyelashes drop?
You can return to the salon for an infill if there are obvious gaps in the false eyelashes. Otherwise, you can purchase some spare lashes from your eyelash professional or from this website and fill in the gaps temporarily before going back to your regular eyelash professional for an infill.
- Is it safe for me to remove the Eyelash Extensions myself?
It is recommended that you return to your regular eyelash professional to remove your semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
