beautysuperstore ships worldwide. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment or confirmation of order (if you are paying by off-line means like cheque or cash). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting our ORDER STATUS PAGE.

Orders above $100 will be send through FEDEX in which delivery takes 3-5 days. However, we will charge certain amount for those areas that are not covered by FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES (an agent will deliver the item for the remote areas). Below $100, purchases will still be sent by FEDX, but there is a US$20 delivery charge. Some of our customers who have ordered from us before will remember we used to chage US$10 for shipping via Registered Mail. We have stopped this service from 27 Dec 2011 as the egistered Mail service proved to be unreliable and resulted in may delays to our customers. As we really value our customers and want them to receive their goods as quickly as possible in the optimal condition, we have decided to work with FEDEX for ALL shipments.
